  • Administrative Assistant

    Part Time: approx 20-25 hours
    Home-office and Office based (Germany)

    As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation by providing vital support across administrative, financial, and organisational tasks. Your contributions will directly support our mission to advance the European EdTech ecosystem, foster innovation in education, and ensure efficient management of internal processes and member relationships.

  • Community Manager

    Part time: 20-30 hours
    Fully-remote position (Europe)

    The Community Manager serves as the heartbeat of the EEA’s member and partner interactions. You will foster a vibrant and engaged community by acting as the primary liaison between the organization and its stakeholders. This involves managing onboarding processes, facilitating events, gathering feedback, and promoting collaboration among members.

    By monitoring social media, curating newsletters, and driving engagement strategies, you’ll help create a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

    Your work will be instrumental in strengthening relationships and ensuring the EEA’s community thrives as a dynamic hub for innovation in education technology.

  • Communications Lead

    Part time: 20 hours with the possibility to go full time
    Fully remote position (Europe)

    As the Communications Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and amplifying the EEA’s voice. This role involves crafting and executing strategies that enhance our visibility, engagement, and influence across digital and traditional platforms.

    You’ll collaborate closely with the team to manage content calendars, create impactful messaging, and drive outreach initiatives. By producing compelling content, monitoring analytics, and optimising campaigns, you’ll ensure the EEA’s mission resonates with stakeholders.

  • Junior Data Analyst and Reporter

    Part-time - approximately 20 hours a week (limited term until 31.12.2025)
    Fully remote position (Europe)

    As a Data Analyst and Mapping Specialist, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and showcase key trends in the EdTech sector.

    In this role, you’ll build and maintain dynamic “maps” that highlight organizations, funding sources, and policy initiatives, providing stakeholders with clear and actionable perspectives.

    Your expertise in data automation, visualization, and analysis will ensure the efficient management and presentation of information.
